It is divided into two rooms of 53 and 14 m², ideal for an exhibition/gallery and a small storage area with a sink. It also has a toilet with a sink. It has two glass display cases, opening directly onto a passageway.
It has currently been converted into storage rooms, cellars, and ski rental rooms. Each box has an electrical outlet and individual lock.
