Situation
Marly is a welcoming, active, and diverse town, both economically and socially. It's a bit like a town in the countryside, offering a wide range of leisure, sports, and relaxation opportunities in the great outdoors.

This new SEED-certified eco-friendly neighborhood, spread over more than 13 hectares, welcomed 800 residents in its first phase and will provide long-term housing for around 2,500 people, as well as jobs, businesses and various activities.

The Ancienne Papeterie project, the first SEED-certified eco-district in the canton of Fribourg, brings a new way of life to Marly.
