The building is private, secure, and very quiet, offering a comfortable, serene, and well-maintained living environment with lake views. It has immediate access to public transport and is just 100 metres from the lake, beaches, and sports facilities.
Each 24 m² studio includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a desk and dining table area, built-in wardrobes, a television, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower finished in resin and Corian stone. Most studios have a balcony. A private cellar and a mailbox are also included.
Bed linen, towels, and kitchen utensils are provided. Access to the studios is via secure badge or mobile phone. The underfloor heating system is individually adjustable and active in winter, while a free-cooling system provides floor-based cooling in summer. Each studio is also equipped with an independent dual-flow ventilation system.
The monthly service charge is comprehensive and includes electricity, hot water, heating, high-speed individual Wi-Fi, and a TV channel subscription. A laundry room is available in the building and accessible at all times. Parking spaces can be rented upon request. Cleaning service available upon request.
