SITUATION
The snack bar and restaurant is located on the upper floor of the Marc-Burdet Sports Centre, south of the municipality of Collex-Bossy, near the hamlet of Crest-d'El. It is only 15 minutes from Geneva International Airport and 10 minutes from the shores of Lake Geneva.
Located at the heart of sports facilities destined to become an iconic location for resident clubs, particularly FC Collex-Bossy, and their fans, the refreshment stand and restaurant aims to be a welcoming and accessible space. It is intended for both athletes and the general public, with access open to everyone.
FEATURES
This is a public establishment with a license to operate a restaurant serving alcohol; the building is owned by the Groupement Intercommunal du Stade Marc-Burdet (Marc-Burdet Stadium Intermunicipal Group). The operating concept must take into account that the refreshment stand/restaurant is located in a building dedicated to sporting activities.
The snack bar/restaurant has a dining room of approximately 80 m2, renovated in 2025, and benefits from two terraces, one of which faces due south. The terraces overlook the sports fields and offer a prime view of the matches taking place there.
