Superb 3.5-room apartment on the first floor of a complex of 5 apartments and 2 chalets. This apartment is a second home and is accessible to foreigners, thanks to tourist accommodation. It must be made available for rental and used by the owners for a maximum of 3 weeks in high season. The apartment comprises a spacious living room with access to the terrace and lawn, two shower rooms (shower and bath), and a kitchen opening onto the living room. A stay marketing service will be set up. To this end, a collective building with parking spaces and a reception and rental management office will be provided.
A hotel service will be available to owners, and tenants will be offered a compulsory basic package including snacks, personal care products, towels, bathrobes, bedding and change of bedding, cleaning, wellness access with swimming pool, sauna, shower, toilet, solarium, parking facilities and tourist tax.
It is also possible to have a ski pass, transport from Sion station or aerodrome, full board via the restaurant "le Bois Sauvage", provision of electric bicycles. A la carte services are also available, including ski lesson and equipment reservations, hairdressing and babysitting.
