The 2.5-room apartment is located on the northwest side of the ground floor of the "Perle" apartment building. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a cloakroom, a kitchen and living room with access to the west-facing garden seating area, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a toilet.
The laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as the cellar compartment are located in the basement.
A parking space can be rented.
