A parking space in the outdoor car park is also available.

The desired rental terms are for a 3-month lease, renewable for 1 month unless notice of termination is given and received at least 1 month in advance of the next renewal date, and so on, renewable every 1 month. The maximum rental term is 12 months.

The monthly rent is calculated as follows:

Furnished 4.5-room apartment: CHF 3,000.-

Flat fee: CHF 400.-

1 outdoor parking space: CHF 100.-

TOTAL: 3,500.-

Cleaning fee charged upon signing the lease for complete cleaning at the end of the rental period: CHF 500.-

Linen rental: CHF 100.- (optional)

Rental guarantee: 2 months excluding charges

Tenant liability insurance is mandatory

The desired rental conditions are:

Lease with a minimum duration of 3 months, maximum duration of 12 months.
