This exceptional chalet is made up of two spacious apartments:
A 7.5-room apartment on 2 levels offering nearly 200 m² of living space, perfect for accommodating a large family or for creating separate living and working spaces.
On the ground floor, it features a large living area including the kitchen, dining room, and a living room with a fireplace. A library with its own wood-burning stove, an office, a bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, and a laundry room complete this floor.
The upper floor has 2 large bedrooms, a TV area, a bathroom and a very large attic room that can be used as a bedroom or a games room.
The chalet has a second 3.5 room apartment on the ground floor of 93m2, ideal for guests, family members or independent rental.
The kitchen and living room of the main apartment were renovated in 2010. The ground floor apartment was renovated in 2015 and the pellet boiler was installed around the same time.
The house has a separate workshop on the ground floor with a separate entrance which can, if necessary, be connected to the downstairs apartment.
A garden shed and a woodshed adjacent to the house are also part of the generous facilities offered by this family chalet.
The house is accessible via a flagstone path from the two parking spaces located at the edge of the access road.
