    Located west of Porrentruy, on the edge of Ajoie, the Réclère caves are among the most amazing natural wonders of Switzerland.
    Discovered in 1886, the Réclère Caves immediately struck the first visitors with their splendor to the point that, aware of their incredible riches, exploitation began as early as 1890!
    Along a 1500-meter-long marked trail, you will discover stalagmites and stalactites of rare beauty and great diversity. Among them, you can admire the elegant Pagoda, the enigmatic Portrait which suggests a profile of a face, and the Dome, which at 15 meters high is the largest stalagmite discovered in Switzerland.
    THE PREHISTORIC PARK
    The Prehistoric Park offers you a fascinating journey through time!
    Through the 45 life-size reproductions along the route, you follow the major stages of animal evolution: the first fish that populated our planet when it was covered by water, the amphibians that set out to conquer the submerged lands, the impressive reign of the dinosaurs, the mammals that are now extinct…
    The 2-kilometer route, in a magnificent Jura forest, is punctuated by numerous information panels that provide a didactic complement to these reproductions made in accordance with the latest paleontological knowledge.
    A suspended walkway over the pond that houses the impressive marine reptiles will give you the opportunity to play the tightrope walker.
    A large observation tower will offer you an unobstructed view of the Doubs valley and its meanders.
