- Drying room with washing machine and tumble dryer for shared use
- Bicycle room for shared use
- Elevator available

Subject to availability, a parking space can be rented for CHF 140.00 per month.

Vicinity:

- Various shops and service providers are located within walking distance (bouldering hall, CrossFit)
- The bus stop is right outside the front door
- For those who prefer to cycle - the "Freigleis" cycle path provides quick access to Lucerne's city centre
- The Südpol cultural center is easily accessible on foot
