Because a visit speaks volumes more than plans or images, we have built full-scale model villas. These are located at our headquarters in Oron-la-Ville in the canton of Vaud. We can also welcome you to our location in Aproz, Valais. We are open Monday through Saturday and look forward to welcoming you to discuss our building options.

At Prologis, the entire construction process of our villas is closely monitored to ensure compliance with regulations and guarantee high-quality, environmentally friendly homes built to last.
Our team supports you at every stage of your project: feasibility study and negotiation of your financing, personalization of your plans with our architect, choice of finishes, administrative follow-up (bank, notary, insurance), construction and after-sales service.
A budget for the payment of additional costs related to your construction is included in our offer. We have included the following items: connection fees, building permit fees, planning permission and architectural fees, surveyor fees, landscaping, and interim interest. Notary fees are additional. These vary depending on individual circumstances, and we are available to estimate them together and include them in your project.
Trust us with your construction project! Design your future villa with our architects, choose the finishes, and we'll take care of everything else. We'll hand over the keys to your new villa 6 months after construction begins.
