The story:

The mere fact that this 3.5-room apartment has two decent loggias (you read that right, TWO loggias) should have a queue of prospective buyers forming in the voluminous and sophisticated stairwell at Auweg 37. Since this is not in a building zone, one can note that this is an unobstructed location. That's rare enough.

The distance from the riverside path to the loggia is just far enough that they won't be disturbed while chilling and grilling, because they'd have to greet "tout Bremgarten" from the balcony as they strolled by on Sundays. Closer to the riverside path, you'd get sunburned under your arm from the constant waving, and even sausages would get charred from the sheer amount of chatting over the garden fence.

Enough raving about the fantastic location and the bratwurst. Nevertheless, it's the location that's most important (not the sausage), since the location is almost unchangeable. While this doesn't apply to apartments, they can always be updated to the latest standards. However, that won't be a factor here for about twenty years, as the "Am Ufer" development has only just been launched. This applies from the neighbors, who are all very nice, to the parking space in the underground garage equipped with a wallbox.

The apartment is ideal for singles and couples of all ages, or for small families. The development on the riverbank delights young and old, and Bremgarten as a place to live provides them with everything they need for a fulfilling, varied, and happy life.
