- Space: Each box offers 49 m² (4.9 m wide, 10 m long, 5 m high) as standard. Two larger boxes, each measuring 72 m², are also available. If necessary, all partition walls can be removed, allowing for even larger spaces.
- Floors: In addition to the standard floor plan, there is the option of installing a false ceiling and creating an additional usable area of around 30 m2.
- Parking: Two outdoor parking spaces directly in front of the box are included in the price.
