The attic is rented exclusively to 1 person and to weekly residents.
The five-family house is located on Länggasse in a quiet, central location. Shopping facilities and public transport are just a few minutes' walk away.
We are renting a great unfurnished single room with the following amenities in a very central location on Länggasse, either immediately or by arrangement:
- Washbasin with mirror cabinet
- Toilet/shower for shared use on the floor
- New laminate flooring
- The attic was repainted
- There are no cooking or washing facilities available!
- The attic is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator!
