Effective September 1, 2025, or by arrangement, we are renting a 35 m² storage unit in a central location—just a few minutes' walk from the Kunstmuseum Basel.
The storage unit is located on the second basement level and offers dry, easily accessible storage space. Power connections and lighting are available. Deliveries are conveniently made via a goods elevator.
Please note that the room cannot be used as an office, music room, or fitness room. Sanitary facilities and water connections are not available.
The monthly net rent is CHF 510.00, plus a flat rate for additional costs of CHF 30.00, which corresponds to a gross rent of CHF 540.00 per month.
