Pets allowed (except dangerous dog breeds)
Shared laundry room (it is not possible to put the washing machine in the house)
There is NO cellar
There is NO parking
There is NO elevator
The fireplace is not working
The location is very quiet and immersed in the charm of the old part of the city.
You can get around on foot without needing a car.
