These two studios are located in the "Le Zodiaque" hotel residence in the heart of the pedestrian zone of Anzère Village. The view of the Valais Alps and the Rhône Valley is breathtaking. Le Zodiaque also offers a restaurant, a panoramic bar, and a large reception area with a fireplace. The building is fully equipped with Wi-Fi.
The studios are laid out as follows:

In winter, it is possible to leave and arrive in front of the building on skis, which is a huge advantage.

The Zodiac operates as a hotel. Owners can benefit from hotel services and numerous advantages. The studios can be made available to the hotel when not occupied by the owner or their friends, thus generating income for them.
The condominium fees amount to approximately CHF 6,400. This includes electricity, heating, furniture insurance, and the contribution to the renovation fund.
