Holiday home located on the edge of the forest and in the agricultural zone, just above the Wengwald station.
Thanks to the hillside location, you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views from Wengen into the Lauterbrunnen Valley and the impressive mountain world.
A wide, short, and gently ascending access path of approximately 250 meters leads from the Wengwald station to the house. The center of Wengen is about a 600-meter walk away.
There are two comfortable seating areas on the property and the stay and view on the spacious balcony are unbeatable.
The “view side” with the living and dining room is almost completely glazed and thus also offers a wonderful view and lets plenty of light into the interior of the living area.
On this floor there is another small room and a bathroom.
The basement contains the master bedroom and another room as well as a bathroom with shower.
Also located here is a small cellar and the building services.
The internal connection of the two floors does NOT exist, but is documented on the plans and would be feasible.
The building envelope was completely renovated by a building envelope professional (the owner himself) at the time of purchase.
A new roof was built, the windows were renewed, the shutters were replaced (made of aluminum) and additional insulation was installed.
The front door and entrance area were also optimized and the electrical installations were replaced.
Remotely programmable electric heaters were also used.
The interior design was optimized in some areas and technically and contemporary adapted or renewed.
