The original farmhouse was lovingly renovated down to the last detail between 2018 and 2020 and converted into a residential house with two separate sections. The west corner house with a room layout of 6.5 rooms can be occupied and lived in immediately. The other part of the house comprises a spacious 2.5-room apartment on two floors and is currently rented, with the existing lease being transferred to the future owner. In order to generate additional living space, the attic space of approximately 47 m² can be completely converted.

During the conversion/extension, natural building materials were used and existing materials were reused. All electrical, sanitary, and heating installations, as well as pipes, were redone. The largest residential unit is heated by a basic stove (wood, with rooms). The 2.5-room corner house has two pellet stoves. The modern architecture of the "old building" captivates with its many details, such as the inner courtyard, which creates a covered and wind-protected outdoor space while also serving as a source of light.
