The Gasthaus Sonne, a very popular restaurant with locals and tourists, is located in the village center of Elm and is being sold for health reasons.

The guest rooms have a total of 23 beds and are ideal for families, hikers, bikers, skiers, or nature lovers. There are double, quadruple, and five-bed rooms, each with a sink, shared shower, or integrated bathroom, depending on the category.
