The stone paving in the front yard and the small, separate fountain complement the harmonious overall design. The property also offers private parking directly at the house.

Near the entrance is a detached garden shed and a miter saw for DIY enthusiasts. Two covered storage boxes at the rear house the gas and electrical installations. A 220-volt Honda generator is present and supplements the existing solar system (12V with a transformer to 220V), which also powers a handheld vacuum cleaner.
