It must be made available for rental and used by the owners for a maximum of 3 weeks in high season. It comprises four master bedrooms (shower or bath) on the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen on the first floor, a comfortable living room and a guest toilet. A stay marketing service will be set up. To this end, a collective building with parking spaces and a reception and rental management office is planned.
A hotel service will be available to owners, and tenants will be offered a compulsory basic package including snacks, personal care products, towels, bathrobes, bedding and change of bedding, cleaning, wellness access with swimming pool, sauna, shower, toilet, solarium, parking facilities and tourist tax.
