The chalet is located at an altitude of 1200 meters and enjoys a breathtaking view of the Valais and Bernese Alps, as well as the Rhone plain.
It is the ideal place for summer holidays or to get away from it all and recharge your batteries on the weekend.
It is accessible by car during the summer, and in recent years, also in the winter.

It is located a few minutes from the "4 Vallées" area (Thyon-Les Collons, Veysonnaz, Nendaz and Verbier) with its 400 km of ski slopes and less than 30 minutes from the town center of Sion, with all its amenities, which is the capital of the canton of Valais.


The chalet is composed as follows:

• Shaded terrace with stone barbecue (ideal location during the hot summer months)

• Water comes from the network but a spring is also available
• Electricity is coming underground and the overhead line will be removed during August-September
• At the entrance, there is an electrical switch that turns off the entire chalet except for the heating, the refrigerator and a few other sockets.

Situation:
Les Mayens-de-Sion is located on the southern slope of the Rhône Valley and overlooks the town of Sion. The capital's wealthy bourgeois families have spent their summers in the region since ancient times. Today, these ancestral buildings create a peaceful, relaxing, and refreshing atmosphere. The owners enjoy staying there in the summer to escape the heat of the plains.
The region boasts numerous hiking trails and also the Bisse de Vex, which crosses the Mayens-de-Sion and offers a magnificent walk along the water for several kilometers. In winter, numerous ski slopes are located just a few hundred meters away, including the famous "Piste de l'Ours" where more than 30 Alpine skiing World Cup races have taken place.
