Public auction of two former apartment buildings and land in Montreux (Clarens).
On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in the municipal council chamber, rue du Conseil 8, 1800 Vevey, the following items will be sold by public auction:
1. Plot RF No. 2058; Aux Crêtes, garden square of 64 m2
2. RF Plot No. 2244; Derrière-Baugy, garden square of 1,372 m2 and building of 16 m2, i.e. a total surface area of 1,388 m2
3. Plot RF n° 2246, Chemin des Crêtes 10, 12; garden of 3,515 m2, dwelling of 159 m2 (former collective dwelling on four levels including a workshop and 3 dwellings), dwelling of 93 m2 (former collective dwelling on three levels including 2 dwellings), double garage, various old outbuildings (aviary, old kennel, shed and others), i.e. a total surface area of 3,902 m2.
Overall estimate of the prosecution office for the three plots according to the expert report: CHF 2,300,000.00.
The three plots are located in Clarens, in a triangle formed by the Route de Chailly, the Chemin des Crêtes, and the Avenue des Bosquets-de-Julie, upstream and north of the village. The neighborhood is partially residential with a strong urban influence, close to a busy road. Easy access via the Route de Chailly, then the Chemin des Crêtes. Shops, schools, and public transportation are nearby. The two houses are in poor condition, even dilapidated. The three plots are located in reserved zone 3.
Only one visit will take place on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. sharp, meet on site.
