HOTEL – CAFE – RESTAURANT
The main building was built between 1963 and 1965. It was extended and modernized in 1971, but the ground floor and lower ground floor were completely restructured in 1982. Since then, the building has been properly and constantly maintained.

Large restaurant kitchen, serving hatch to the upper floors, storeroom, cold room, air-conditioned wine cellar, ladies' and men's toilets, telephone booth for the café restaurant, ski room, library, video room, night bar furnished and reserved for the hotel, boiler room, sanitary room, ventilation, direct outside access and stairs.
Upper ground floor
Entrance hall and cloakroom, hotel reception, dining room for 80 people, hotel lounge and dining room for 12 people, café-bar for 50 people, pizzeria with wood-fired oven fitted out in 1997. Office, dining room with serving hatch.

3rd Floor
Currently an attic, accessible with a retractable ladder, which could possibly be converted into two small bedrooms or a studio.

Basement
Good quality fittings (1982), all equipment has been transformed and reviewed according to hygiene and safety standards. The floor is very well maintained.
Upper ground floor
As with the basement, everything was refurbished in 1982. In 1997, outside: complete renovation of the terrace, inside: transformation of the café restaurant.
Condition and maintenance
The hotel, café, and service areas are in very good condition. No part of the building displays any construction defects or poor maintenance. Repairs to address wear and tear are carried out regularly.
Location of the building
Situated on a slight promontory, bordered by larches, the hotel enjoys exceptional sunshine and a very wide view of the Alps, the Rhône Valley and the village.
