These two very distinct plots of land with a total surface area of 16,081 m2 (cadastres no. 759/10,064 m2 and no. 760/6,017 m2) are allocated to the sports and leisure zone and are located at the eastern end of the village of Courgenay en Ajoie, 2 minutes from the A16 motorway.
On this site, owned by the TCS Jurassian section, there was a large campsite that also included a circuit for enjoying the joys of karting and was partially connected to water and electricity. In a green setting featuring century-old trees, groves, and hedges, a small stream also runs through the northern end of the plot. An old building containing the campsite's toilets and a small shed are located at the entrance to the plots.
All constructions dedicated to leisure and sports are possible, such as:

Please note that a residential area can be built to accommodate the site manager and his family.
