Plot located in the heights of Chesières, towards Les Ecovets. It is a few minutes' drive from the center of Villars, public transport, and all amenities. It enjoys a quiet location and a superb view of the Alps.

The plot is located in a building zone, designated as chalet zone A, according to the current ECVA (Ecovets-Chesières-Villars-Arveyes) municipal development plan, as well as in a very low density housing zone 15 - LAT - A, according to the future PACOM (Municipal Development Plan). All construction is subject to these two regulations.

In addition, and according to the attached plan, the plot includes a large forest area. The possible area for a chalet is marked in purple on the plan.



Here are some of the rules of the two building regulations:

• The area is intended for individual or collective housing, commerce and crafts.
• The distance between the facades and the boundary of the neighboring property is at least 8 m.
• The surface area of building plots is at least 1,000 m2, with one residential building per plot or per fraction of a plot of at least 1,000 m2.
• The proportion between the buildable area and the land area does not exceed 1/8.
