As part of the Gland project, Les Jardins suspendues, the Municipality and the Foundation will use award criteria that respect this principle, namely:

- The accommodation must be occupied optimally (2 people minimum and 3 people maximum)
- Income must meet the city's income criteria (minimum cumulative income of CHF 6,320.00 and maximum of CHF 8,540.00)
