Hot water and heating are included in the rental fee. Electricity is the tenant's responsibility. Internet access is not included in the rental price, but you can subscribe to a service provider of your choice; everything is provided for installation. A laundry room (washing machine and dryer) is available for tenants, for a fee.
Indoor parking space available from CHF 120 per month.
RENTAL CONDITIONS: minimum 6 months, then tacitly renewed from month to month with a 3-month notice period for termination at the end of a month except December.
