Furnished studio (for one person only), located between Milan Park and Lausanne's main train station. Public transportation (train, metro, bus) and shops are just a stone's throw away.
For the quality of your accommodation:

- Shower room/WC
Hot water and heating are included in the rental fee. Electricity is the tenant's responsibility. Internet access is not included in the rental price, but you can subscribe to a service provider of your choice; everything is provided for installation.
A laundry room is available to tenants (washing machine + dryer).
RENTAL CONDITIONS: minimum 6 months, then tacitly renewed from month to month with a 3-month notice period for termination at the end of each month (except December).
