No paper files accepted.
Opposite Milan Park , the accommodation is located in the Lausanne sub-station district and close to all amenities; the CFF train station is a 10-minute walk away.
It is composed as follows:
An entrance hall with wall cupboard;
A closed and equipped kitchen with access to a small independent balcony;
A living room with a view of the park and a balcony;
A bedroom;
A bathroom;
A separate toilet;
A cellar in the basement.
No parking space available.

- Duly completed rental application (available only during the visit)
- Last three pay slips;
- Extract from the prosecution office (dated less than 2 months ago);
- Copy of valid identity document and/or residence permit.
