RENTAL OPTIONS AT A GLANCE
1) Entire ground floor
The entire ground floor is available for lease. It includes a large retail space, an additional commercial space—both with generous display windows facing the main street—as well as a drive-in storage area to the rear. The floor area is divided as follows:
- Shop with entrance hall: approx. 163 m2
- Commercial space: approx. 73 m2
- Warehouse: approx. 158 m2
Leasing the entire ground floor offers extremely generous sales and/or exhibition space, ample storage capacity, and ample design flexibility. This makes it ideal for a variety of business purposes. Currently operating as a beverage and delicatessen store, it also offers ideal conditions for numerous other concepts.
2) Individual rental or combinations
It's also possible to rent the three units individually or combine them individually. For example, the warehouse could serve as additional storage space for an existing business, the retail space could be used for a concept that doesn't require storage space, and the smaller commercial space could be used as an office or practice space.
