- Rental area per box: 114m2. Possibility of linking several boxes.
- Accessibility: two 5T freight elevators on each floor from the shared loading dock on the ground floor with temporary storage area.
- Location: near the Bernex motorway exit.

- High slab-to-slab height: 5m – Possibility of adding a mezzanine
- Permissible floor load: 1000 kg/m2
