The building was constructed with a structure of dressed rubble for the central body and the facade reveals the original stones in perfect condition.

The plasterwork on the rest of the facades has also been renovated every 10 years. The windows are double-glazed with wooden frames, protected by wooden shutters.

The gable roof was completely renovated and insulated in 2008. All the tinsmithing is made of copper. The central heating is gas (2017 with distribution by radiators). OIBT electrical inspection carried out at the end of 2024. The air conditioning and ventilation are in new condition. The dining rooms also benefit from noble materials, promoting good sound management.

Regarding the accommodation, the latter offers a lot of character and benefits from a garden area with many privileged spots.
